Polident is one of GSK’s flagship products sold all over the world. If you know companies like GSK, you’ll know how many layers of people are involved in every decision – from internal departments to external agencies. Our task was to cut through all clashes with a single tone of voice that everyone could agree on. We brought the main players together to discuss different directions. And then crafted guidelines that they all bought into.
