EY is one of the ‘Big Four’. People know it for what it does: tax, advisory, assurance and transaction advisory services. Our job was to help launch a series of new services that could grow to become £250 million/year business units. We hosted workshops, delved deep into the research and crafted a value proposition to support the agency’s future campaigns. With so many stakeholders, it took some time. But we got there…
