FIRSTLight was a brand-new online service for the medical profession from First Databank. Instead of clinicians trawling through printed product guides, FIRSTLight meant they could find what they were looking for in an instant. We helped tell that story to an audience that was used to doing things one way and one way only. While also setting the tone for all future comms.
